Extended Consulting Hours

Our extended consulting hours are as follows:

• Monday: 18:30-20:00
• Thursday: 18:30-20:00

Out of Hours Service

If you have a medical problem out of surgery hours, all Dudley patients should call 111. Out-of-hours means after 18:30 and before 08:00 Monday to Friday, weekends and bank holidays.

If you call 01384 254423 and listen to the recorded message it will direct you to call 111.

If you have a routine medical enquiry, call during normal surgery hours.

You can use the NHS Online Symptom Checker to get advice online.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. This includes chest pains and/or shortness of breath.
