Prescriptions and Results

Repeat Prescriptions

We operate a system of repeat prescribing for medication taken on a regular basis.

Please use the order form on the right hand side of your printed prescription.

A review date is also printed to remind you when you need to see the doctor again about your medication.

If you are housebound, repeat prescriptions may be ordered by telephone after 11.00 a.m. and before 4.00 p.m. Please telephone 01384 250380.

If you are mobile, please use a written request or the prescription order form. This minimises errors for your safety.

48 hours notice is required for your repeat prescription.

Please avoid asking for repeat prescriptions for medicines for minor illnesses – these can be obtained from the local pharmacy.

Test Results

Please telephone the surgery for the results of tests after 11.00 a.m.
